DEED is partnering with Phusion, a targeted state vendor, to bring you the online store. DEED’s store is run by Irma Mercado on the Communications team.
DEED employees who are using personal funds can purchase items from the store. State funds cannot be used on the website. If you wish to purchase a “volume” of items for your team to use to work trade shows, events, etc., please contact

No. This website is for state employees to purchase DEED-branded merchandise directly. This website doesn’t allow for use of state funds to purchase items and to do so would be a violation.
Other colors are not available as the merchandise on the DEED Brand Store conforms with state and agency brand standards.

Because the apparel offered in our DEED Brand Store is customized, it is not returnable for any reason other than being damaged or defective.
Employees are responsible for consulting the
